Charme des Bastides Cancellation and Return Policy
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before shipping. If canceled after shipping, the product price will be refunded, but shipping costs will not be refunded.
Returns: New and unopened items can be returned within 15 days with proof of purchase for a full refund (no refund of shipping costs).
Return Process: Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, unless the product is damaged.
Exceptions: Altered, soiled, stained, or damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Requirements: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.
